Sec. 1.
(a) The purpose of this rule is to establish administrative procedures and general provisions for the filing of plans and specifications and the issuance of design releases under IC 22-15-3.
(b) This rule covers the filing of plans and specifications and the issuance of design releases for Class 1 structures. The filing of plans and specifications and the issuance of design releases for industrialized building systems and mobile structures are covered by the special administrative rules for industrialized building systems and mobile structure systems under 675 IAC 15.
