Sec. 6.
(a) Domestic services excluded from employment are services of a household nature performed by an individual in or about the private home of the person for whom the services are performed, or are services performed in or about the club rooms or house of a local college club, or local chapter of a college fraternity or sorority, for whom the services are performed.
(b) As used in this section, "private home" means the fixed place of abode of an individual or a family.
(c) As used in this section, "local college club or local chapter of a college fraternity or sorority" does not include an alumni club or chapter.
(d) If the home is utilized primarily for the purpose of supplying board or lodging to the public as a business enterprise, the home ceases to be a private home and the services performed therein are not excluded. In addition, if the club rooms or house of a local college club, or local chapter of a college fraternity or sorority, are used primarily for such purposes, the services performed therein are not excluded.
(e) The services described in subsection (a) are not excluded if they are performed in or about:
(f) Services performed as a private secretary, even though performed in the employer's home, are not excluded.
