Sec. 32.

The following standards, deletions, revocations, revisions, republications, corrections, and amendments are incorporated by reference into the rules of the Indiana occupational safety standards commission:

(1) Safety Standards for Stairways and Ladders Used in the Construction Industry, 29 CFR 1926.1050, 29 CFR 1926.1051, and 29 CFR 1926.1053 to correct typographical errors as published in 56 FR 15, Wednesday, January 23, 1991, on page 2585.

(2) Safety Standards for Stairways and Ladders Used in the Construction Industry, 29 CFR 1926.1052 to correct typographical errors as published in 56 FR 26, Thursday, February 7, 1991, on page 5061.

(3) Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde, 29 CFR 1910.1048 to stay paragraphs (m)(1)(i) through (m)(4)(ii) until June 9, 1991, as published in 56 FR 48, Tuesday, March 12, 1991, on page 10378; subsequently extended until August 8, 1991, as published in 56 FR 113, Wednesday, June 12, 1991, on page 26909; subsequently extended until November 6, 1991, as published in 56 FR 153, Thursday, August 8, 1991, on page 37651.

(4) Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, 29 CFR 1910.120 to correct and further clarify paragraphs (a)(3) and (e)(9) as published in 56 FR 75, Thursday, April 18, 1991, on pages 15832 through 15833.

(5) Occupational Exposure to Lead, 29 CFR 1910.1025 to make administrative corrections and amendments as published in 56 FR 105, Friday, May 31, 1991, on page 24686.

(6) Safety Standards for Stairways and Ladders Used in the Construction Industry, 29 CFR 1926.1052 and 29 CFR 1926.1053 to clarify some inadvertent errors in the requirements for stairrails and handrails and in the requirements for spacing ladder rungs as published in 56 FR 164, Friday, August 23, 1991, on page 41794.

(7) Occupational Exposure to Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite, 29 CFR 1910.1001 and 29 CFR 1926.58 to extend the partial administrative stay until February 28, 1992, and to make minor conforming amendments to notes to the affected standards as published in 56 FR 171, Wednesday, September 4, 1991, on page 43700.
