Sec. 2.

"Accredited college or university" means a college or university that qualifies for membership in the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) or other regional or national associations of similar rank. These associations and the colleges and universities they have accredited are listed in the latest edition of the publication "Accredited Postsecondary Institutions and Programs" by the United States Department of Education.
