Sec. 28.

(a) All structural materials must be constructed of either prime commercial quality galvanized steel or aluminum and must be fire-resistant.

(b) The body construction must be reasonably dustproof and water-tight.

(c) The rear corner framing of the bus body between the floor and the window sill and between the emergency door posts and the last side posts must consist of at least three (3) structural members, arranged to provide additional impact and penetration resistance equal to that provided by the side frame members. The ends of all structural members must be securely attached to the bus body.
