Section 7-5 - Motion to set a petition for hearing

Sec. 5.

(a) A party may request that a petition be scheduled for hearing on the merits.

(b) A party may request a hearing on a motion or preliminary issue.

(c) A request for hearing under IC 6-1.1-15-4(i) in order to seek judicial review must be made by an independent written motion entitled Request for Hearing Pursuant to IC 6-1.1-15-4(i).
