Sec. 6.

(a) If the department determines that a school meets the accreditation requirements defined in section 4 of this rule, the state board shall accord the school full accreditation status and award the school a certificate of full accreditation status.

(b) The department shall review a fully accredited school no later than three (3) years after the state board's determination of its accreditation status.

(c) When schools enrolling at least ninety-five percent (95%) of the students within a school corporation achieve full accreditation status, the state board shall accord the school corporation full accreditation status and award the school corporation a certificate of full accreditation status.
