Sec. 4.
(a) If the department determines an applicant:
(1) meets
the requirement of
511 IAC
15-2-1 to be eligible to teach career and technical
education: marketing;
(2) has
provided proof of at least four thousand (4,000) clock hours of successful
employment in marketing or one thousand five hundred (1,500) clock hours of
supervised work in marketing under an approved teacher education program, or an
equivalent combination; and
(3)
meets all other applicable requirements under this title;
the license shall list "career and technical education: marketing" as a content area.
(b) The holder of a license with career and technical education: marketing is eligible to teach marketing in the school setting listed on the license.
