Section 6-3 - Career and technical education: business information and technology

Sec. 3.
(a) If the department determines an applicant:
(1) meets
the requirement of
511 IAC
15-2-1 to be eligible to teach career and technical
education: business information and technology;
(2) has provided proof of at least four
thousand (4,000) clock hours of successful employment in business services and
technology or one thousand five hundred (1,500) clock hours of supervised work
in business services and technology under an approved teacher education
program, or an equivalent combination; and
(3) meets all other applicable requirements
under this title;
the license shall list "career and technical education: business information and technology" as a content area.
(b) The holder of a license with career and technical education: business services and technology is eligible to teach career and technical education: business information and technology in the school setting listed on the license.
