Rule 6.1 - Physician Placed Students in Residential Facilities
Section 6.1-9 - Process for discharge

(a) If a medically placed student is returning to a school corporation upon discharge from the facility, the facility shallconsult with the school corporation regarding the student's educational services and progress during the student's admission to thefacility prior to the actual discharge from the facility.

(b) Not later than ten (10) business days of receiving a request from a school corporation for the education records of amedically placed student who has been discharged from the facility, the facility shall provide the requested records to the schoolcorporation.
