Sec. 2.
Subject to the limitations established in IC 6-3-3.6[IC 6-3-3.6 was repealed by P.L. 51-1984, SEC. 3. See IC 6-3.1-2 concerning teacher summer employment credits.], the commission shall issue a qualified position certificate to a taxpayer that employs an eligible teacher in a qualified position during a summer school recess.
