Sec. 41.
"Settlement Instructions" means the version of the instructions titled "20 XX June Settlement Instructions" or "20XX December Settlement Instructions" published in June and December of each year by the auditor of state on the auditor of state's website that provides instructions to county auditors for performing settlement that is current at the time of preparation of settlement.
