Section 12-3 - Data backups

Sec. 3.
To preserve ongoing work in the event of equipment failure or other catastrophe, the property tax management system:
(1) shall backup records daily; and
(2) must backup records by:
(A) electronically mirroring and storing data
in a secondary location; or
(B)
transferring records to removable media that can be taken to a secondary
location.
