Sec. 6.

(a) The licensee shall provide an area for diaper changing with a washable surface on which the infant or toddler may be placed. The diaper changing surface must have waterproof material between the child and the surface of the changing area. This material shall be changed after each use. The diaper changing area shall be sanitized daily and when soiled.

(b) Licensee shall supply a covered container for wet or soiled diapers.

(c) Direct child care providers changing diapers shall wash their hands with soap and running water after each diaper change.

(d) When a chair designed specifically for toilet training is used, direct child care provider shall empty it after each use and sanitize it at least daily.
