Sec. 10.
(a) During the pendency of any proceedings involving complaints initiated under this rule, unless the division and the parent of a child otherwise agree, the child must continue to receive the appropriate early intervention services currently being provided.
(b) If the complaint involves an application for initial services, the child must receive those services that are not in dispute.
