Rule 12 - Children's Homes and Child Caring Institutions Defined as Group Homes

Sec. 13.

As used in this rule, "group home" means a type of child caring institution licensed for ten (10) or fewer children, six (6) years of age or older, who are apart from their parents or guardian on a twenty-four (24) hour a day basis and who have demonstrated the ability to follow direction and take appropriate action for self-preservation.
