Sec. 1.
A provider of transportation services shall ensure that an individual is transported only by a person who has a valid Indiana:
(1) operator's license;
(2) chauffeur's license;
(3) public passenger chauffeur's license; or
(4) commercial driver's license; issued to the person by the Indiana bureau of motor vehicles to drive the type of motor vehicle for which the license was issued.
