Sec. 19.
(a) Except for purposes of 460 IAC 6-5-12, "division" means the division of disability, aging, and rehabilitative services created under IC 12-9-1-1.
(b) For purposes of 460 IAC 6-5-12, "division" means the wage and hour division of the United States Department of Labor.
