Sec. 6.1.

"BDDS behavior management committee" means a group of persons appointed by the director to review the applications of individuals seeking to be approved to provide behavior management services as a Level 2 clinician pursuant to 460 IAC 6-5-4(c)(1)(E). The committee shall consist of:

(1) at least two (2) division employees; and

(2) a licensed psychologist under IC 25-33 who has an endorsement as a health service provider in psychology pursuant to IC 25-33-1-5.1(c) and is not an employee of the division.
