Section 11-2 - Disclosure of financial information

Sec. 2.

(a) A provider shall maintain and, upon the BDDS's request, shall make available to the BDDS the following information concerning the provider:

(1) Financial status.

(2) Current expenses and revenues.

(3) Projected budgets outlining future operations.

(4) Credit history and the ability to obtain credit.

(b) A provider shall maintain financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices.

(c) The financial status of a provider shall be audited according to state board of accounts requirements and procedures.
