Sec. 14.

(a) The VR program may pay for the costs of tutoring on a one-on-one or small group basis when:

(1) the course instructor, academic advisor, or office that provides services for students with disabilities recommends tutoring; or

(2) the counselor determines the eligible individual is at risk of failing the course.

(b) Tutoring must be provided by an individual recommended by the course instructor, academic advisor, or office that provides services for students with disabilities.
