Rule 1 - Definitions
Section 1-6 - "Dwelling unit" defined

Sec. 6.

"Dwelling unit" means any building or portion thereof that contains living facilities, including provisions for sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation for not more than one (1) family or a congregate residence for ten (10) or less persons.
