Rule 1 - Definitions
Section 1-2 - "Community residential facility" defined

Sec. 2.

"Community residential facility" means a facility that provides:

(1) residential services for developmentally disabled persons in a supervised group living program as described in IC 12-11-1-1(b)(1) [IC 12-11-1 was repealed by P.L. 272-1999, SECTION 66, effective July 1, 1999.]; or

(2) residential services for mentally ill individuals in a supervised group living program as described in IC 12-22-2-3(2) [IC 12-22-2-3 was repealed by P.L. 143-2011, SECTION 31, effective July 1, 2011.].
