Sec. 29.
"Social services block grant" or "SSBG" means federal assistance dollars established by Title XX of the Social Security Act (codified by 42 CFR 1397-42 CFR 1397e and by 470 IAC 13-1).
Transferred from the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services ( 460 IAC 1.2-4-29) to the Division of Aging ( 455 IAC 2-4-29) by P.L. 153-2011, SECTION 21, effective July 1, 2011.
