Sec. 6.
(a) A retail merchant who uses a metered pump to dispense gasoline and who advertises the gasoline at a price other than that provided in IC 6-2.5-7-2, commits a Class B infraction.
(b) A Class B infraction is defined in Regulation 6-2.5-9-2(010)(2) [ 45 IAC 2.2-9-3(b) ].
