Section 4-1 - Who must be listed as a qualified inspector

Sec. 1.

(a) A person who issues a certificate of decontamination under 410 IAC 38-5-9 for a contaminated property must be listed on the qualified inspector list.

(b) A person who decontaminates a contaminated property under the supervision of a qualified inspector is not required to be listed on the qualified inspector list.
