Section 1-78 - "Target housing" defined

Sec. 78.
"Target housing" means housing constructed before January 1, 1978. The term does not include the following:
(1) Housing for the elderly or individuals with disabilities that is not occupied by or expected to be occupied by a child six (6) years of age or younger.
(2) A zero-bedroom dwelling.
