Sec. 22.
"Risk assessment" means an assessment of lead hazards from any structural source, and adjacent impacted residential soil, by a licensed risk assessor consistent with 410 IAC 32 to include the following:
(1) A complete risk assessment, including recommendations to mitigate identified lead hazards.
(2) A written report to the family and the property owner if the family does not own the home.
(3) Education of the family and the property owner on the following:
(A) Lead hazards in
the home.
(B) Measures to protect
children from further poisoning.
