Sec. 1.
The center must have the following:
(1) A readily accessible written protocol for the following:
(A) Managing medical
emergencies that occur within the center.
(B) The transfer of patients requiring
further emergency care to a hospital capable of providing obstetrical and
neonatal services.
(2) Separate and readily accessible emergency carts or trays for mothers and newborns.
