Section 3-3 - Fiscal reports; extension of time for filing

(a) Each facility requesting an extension of time for filing the reports required under IC 16-10-5-2[IC 16-10 was repealed by P.L. 2-1993, SECTION 209, effective April 30, 1993.] beyond the 120 days after the end of the facility's fiscal year must make such request in writing to the board prior to the deadline for submitting the reports.

(b) The board shall act upon a request for an extension of time in which the report must be filed within 30 days of receiving the written request by the facility. Failure to act within the required period shall be deemed as a grant of the extension.
