Sec. 2.

(a) Providers that are enrolled in the Medicaid program are enrolled in CHIP as long as they comply with the provider enrollment and eligibility requirements for Medicaid under IC 12-15 and rules adopted under that article.

(b) A PMP who has filed an addendum to his or her Medicaid provider agreement to participate in PCCM is considered a PMP for CHIP PCCM.
