Sec. 3.
CHIP reimbursement for covered services is available beginning on the first day of the month of application if both of the following requirements are met:
(1) The applicant is determined eligible for CHIP.
(2) The applicable premium has been paid.
Transferred from the Office of the Children's Health Insurance Program ( 407 IAC 2-1-3 ) to the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services ( 405 IAC 12-1-3 ) by P.L. 35-2016, SECTION 53, effective March 21, 2016.
