Sec. 2.
This rule applies to the following:
(1) Pesticide products, except those described in 355 IAC 4-1-1.1(c)(3) and 355 IAC 4-1-1.1(c)(4).
(2) Schools, as defined in 355 IAC 4-0.5-8.
