Sec. 21.

"Immediately dangerous to life or health" or "IDLH" means the maximum concentration from which unprotected persons are able to escape within thirty (30) minutes without escape-impairing symptoms or irreversible health effects. The IDLH for ammonia is three hundred (300) parts per million by volume in accordance with the NIOSH Pocket Guide to Chemical Hazards, including current amendments and latest edition of the same.
