Sec. 16.

"Farm wagon" means a wagon (running gear) designed for agricultural field use and has a weight bearing capacity and structural strength to safely transport anhydrous ammonia to the field and be pulled through the field during application and allow for flexing of the gear without structurally failing and potentially causing an ammonia release or cause a mechanical hazard to people on public thoroughfares. Wagons (running gears) deemed by the inspector as not meeting the requirements in this section shall be immediately removed from ammonia service.
