Sec. 1.8.
(a) An animal tests negative for a disease or passes a test for a disease when a test conducted in compliance with Indiana law and generally accepted testing procedures indicates that the animal is not infected with the disease.
(b) An animal fails, responds to, or has a response to a test for a disease when a test conducted in compliance with Indiana law and generally accepted testing procedures indicates that an animal is or may be infected with the disease.
