Sec. 1.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, offer for sale or distribute in any manner within the state of Indiana any Tuberculin or Brucella antigen used as a diagnostic agent for domestic animals except to the state or federal regulatory agency which is directly responsible for the control of livestock diseases.
