Sec. 1.
(a) Except as provided otherwise in section 2 of this rule, transporters of hazardous waste must comply with 40 CFR 263 *, as amended by:
(b) For purposes of this article, a reference to any part of 40 CFR 263 means the version referenced in subsection (a).
