Section 5-8 - Hazardous waste electronic manifest system; adoption of federal requirements

Sec. 8.

Hazardous waste electronic manifest system requirements must be performed in accordance with 40 CFR 260.4 * and 40 CFR 260.5 *, as added by 83 FR 451*.
