Sec. 6.
(a) Any person applying to the administrator of the U.S EPA for an exemption from land disposal restrictions described in 329 IAC 3.1-12-2 must submit copies of such request and all supporting documents to the commissioner.
(b) A person who obtains an exemption from the administrator must apply to the commissioner for concurrence that such an exemption is consistent with the policies outlined in environmental management laws as defined at IC 13-11-2-71.
