Section 4-25 - "Used oil" defined

Sec. 25.

"Used oil" means a petroleum based or synthetic oil that has been used. The term includes oil that has been used for one (1) or more of the following purposes:

(1) Lubricant for engines, turbines, or gears.

(2) Hydraulic fluid, including transmission fluid.

(3) Metal working fluid, including cutting, grinding, machining, rolling, stamping, quenching, and coating oil.

(4) Insulating fluid or coolants.
