Section 14-14 - Financial assurance for post-closure care; approach options

Sec. 14.

By the effective date of this article, an owner or operator of each disposal facility with a hazardous waste disposal unit shall establish financial assurance for post-closure care of the disposal unit. The owner or operator shall choose from the options as specified in sections 15 through 19 of this rule.
