Sec. 1.
(a) Except as provided in section 2 of this rule, owners and operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities must comply with the interim status standards in 40 CFR 265 *, as amended by:
(b) For purposes of this article, a reference to any part of 40 CFR 265 means the version referenced in subsection (a).
