(a) Unless otherwise indicated, any reference to a provision of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) means the July 1, 2015, edition, including the amended provisions as published on January 13, 2015, at 80 FR 1771 through 80 FR 1814, and that became effective on July 13, 2015.
(b) Where exceptions to incorporated federal regulations are necessary, these exceptions are noted in the text of the rule.
