Sec. 1.

(a) This section applies to owners or operators of all do-it-yourselfer (DIY) used oil collection centers. A DIY used oil collection center is any site or facility that accepts, aggregates, or stores used oil collected only from household do-it-yourselfers.

(b) Owners or operators of all DIY used oil collection centers must comply with the generator standards in 329 IAC 13-4.
