Sec. 6.
(a) A solid waste processing facility that knowingly accepts a shipment of municipal waste in contravention of section 5(b) of this rule violates this rule.
(b) Acceptance of a shipment of municipal waste is not a violation of this rule if:
(1)
the solid waste processing facility did not receive a notice under section 5(c)
of this rule that the department has suspended the waste transfer activities of
a transfer station or operator listed on the manifest; or
(2) the solid waste processing facility did
not receive a notice under section 5(d) of this rule that the department has
allowed the waste transfer activities of a transfer station or operator listed
on the manifest to resume.
