Section 30-6 - Initiation of final closure

Sec. 6.

(a) Within fifteen (15) days after receiving the final volume of waste, the owner or operator of a restricted waste site Type I or Type II or nonmunicipal solid waste landfill shall initiate final closure of all areas not certified as partially closed. Final closure must be in accordance with the approved closure plan.

(b) The owner or operator of a restricted waste site Type I or Type II or nonmunicipal solid waste landfill shall complete other closure activities in accordance with the approved closure plan.
