Section 29-3 - Duration of monitoring program

Sec. 3.

Once established at a restricted waste site Type I or Type II or nonmunicipal solid waste landfill, ground water monitoring must be conducted throughout the active life and the post-closure care period of the facility as provided under 329 IAC 10-31.
