Sec. 141.3.

"Potable ground water source" means an aquifer that is capable of sustaining the daily drinking water needs of an average single family dwelling based on natural yield and quality and that meets all the following criteria:

(1) Natural yield of six and forty-five hundredths (6.45) cm3/sec (one hundred fifty (150) gallons per day) to a well or spring throughout the year.

(2) Hydraulic conductivity greater than or equal to one ten-thousandth centimeters per second (1 x 10-4cm/sec).

(3) Total dissolved solids concentration less than ten thousand (10,000) milligrams per liter.

(4) Levels of natural contaminants that can be treated using conventional household water supply treatment methods.
