Sec. 27.

"Buried aquifer" means an aquifer consisting of sand and gravel that includes bedrock hydraulically interconnected with the sand and gravel that is covered by ten (10) feet or more of nonaquifer material and in which sand and gravel deposits are continuous in at least one direction beyond the facility boundary.
